MEDWOL SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is an industrial packaging manufacturer located on the Pune–Nasik Highway at Chimbli Phata, Chakan, in the heart of one of Maharashtra’s densest automotive and engineering clusters. We design and supply PP (polypropylene) returnable and returnable (RTP) packaging — including boxes, internal inserts, bins, and FLC / FSC foldable containers — alongside strapping and stretch-film consumables, strapping, sealing tapes, and stretch films. Our role is to help OEMs, tier suppliers, and FMCG plants protect parts, stabilise line feeding, and reduce packaging waste without compromising line speed or safety.

PP RTP & RTP boxes
PP RTP gives stiffness, moisture resistance, and a longer life than typical paper shippers for many factory environments. We size boxes for your part family, stack height, and handling method, and we discuss returnable (RTP) layouts when your volumes and handling justify washing or folding assets back into the loop. Branding, colour coding, and print can be aligned to your plant standards so line operators recognise the right crate instantly.
Inserts, partitions & bins
Inserts turn a simple box into a controlled material-handling unit: parts stay in orientation, paint surfaces are protected, and mixed kits can be presented line-side without repacking. We work from your drawings or samples to propose partitions, finger slots, and bin heights that match robotics, manual assembly, or supermarket feeding. The goal is fewer damaged parts and less line stoppage due to tangled or shifted loads.
FLC / FSC foldables
FLC and FSC-style foldables help when empty packaging must move back or stack flat — reducing return freight, yard congestion, and storage of bulky empties.
